Each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the Festival features food trucks in Gateway Center. The trucks serve thousands of visitors during open hours of 12 – 9 pm with peak times at lunch and dinner.
Like in our Food Courts, all participants must be prepared to serve a very large volume of customers and meet minimum environmental standards. The environmental requirements include providing completely compostable serviceware. Locally-sourced and organic products are also encouraged. Please find more detail in the application.
